Use the needle of the syringe to inject the soldering hole, insert and rotate the electric soldering iron after heating. Or take a piece of flexible wire (copper wire) and bring it up when it is melted.
If there is no tin suction device, you can quickly shake the printed board to shake off the tin slag while heating. Be sure to pay attention to safety and do not swing too much.
