A client from Shantou purchased one of our production lines, which includes the fully automatic printer R5, the conveyor machine QJB100, and the pick-and-place machine Q6，reflow oven QRF835.

Fully automatic printer R5:

Wide Adaptability: Supports PCB sizes from 50×50mm to 400×350mm and stencil sizes from 370×370mm to 737×737mm, accommodating diverse production requirements.

High-Precision Printing: Repeat positioning accuracy of ±10μm and printing accuracy of ±25μm ensure consistent solder paste placement.

Efficient Production: Printing cycle < 7 seconds (excluding printing and cleaning), line changeover time < 5 minutes, boosting production line efficiency.

Flexible Control: Programmable adjustment of squeegee speed, pressure, and angle; configurable stencil separation speed; supports dry/wet/vacuum cleaning methods.

High-efficiency production capacity: 6 placement heads achieve an average placement speed of 10,000 CPH, suitable for mass production.

Large-size compatibility: Supports PCBs up to 350×600mm (optional 1.2m length), accommodates components up to 33×33mm in size and 15mm in height.

High-precision motion: Utilizes Panasonic servo motors + TBI ball screws for stable and reliable motion control.

Wide Compatibility: Supports 0201 to 5050 packages and various components including SOP, TQFP, QFN, BGA, etc. Feeding methods cover tape, bulk, and trays, supporting up to 64 feeders (compatible with YAMAHA feeders).

Intelligent Vision: Equipped with 2 PCB inspection cameras + 1 flying vision camera to ensure placement accuracy.

reflow oven QRF835：

Precise Temperature Control: 8-zone design (4 upper + 4 lower), utilizing hot air circulation heating with PID closed-loop control. Temperature range: ambient to 400°C, with heating time of approximately 25 minutes.

Wide Compatibility: Maximum PCB width 350mm, unlimited length. Compatible with both mesh belts and guide rails. Maximum PCB height 50mm.

High Efficiency & Stability: Adjustable mesh belt speed 160-1350mm/min, cycle time 3.5-5.5 minutes. Chain-timed automatic oil dripping ensures reliable operation.

Practical Design: 3 natural air cooling zones with variable frequency airflow. Mesh belt width 450mm. Total power 15KW (working 3KW). Compact dimensions facilitate production line integration.
