Customer case: Eight-head pick and place machine Q8 PCBA smart home appliance manufacturing

Today I will share a case study of a Qihe SMT customer. The customer is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is a high-tech company that develops PCBA for smart home appliance control solutions. The production line is built using our Qihe eight-head SMT machine Q8.

Q8 Product Introduction:

Q8 is a high-speed online fully automatic placement machine. It adopts the structure of aviation aluminum and marble with precise matching, and cooperates with Y-axis dual-drive guide to prevent extreme start-stop jitter. It has 8 high-precision placement heads, supports 8 heads to take at the same time, and is equipped with TBI ground ball screw and Panasonic servo motor to ensure the placement accuracy of the whole machine. The three-stage assembly line can automatically adjust the track width according to customer settings. It is equipped with a high-precision flying camera, which can realize 8-head flying flash shooting and 2 overhead cameras. The self-developed control system is easy to learn and operate, and provides lifelong technical support.

Visual innovation

Automatic transmission is newly added

The transmission system adopts dual-drive zeroing and automatically adjusts the width according to the engineering file. Customers only need to enter the PCB board width in the software, and the transmission system will automatically adjust the track width.

Mechanical structure optimization

The main body of the X-axis adopts an aluminum-magnesium beam that does not deform and has high plane straightness. Reduce the load while ensuring rigidity, and maximize the transmission performance of the servo motor and the lead screw

Motion system upgrade

Adopt imported precision ball grinding lead screw and silent linear guide, and adopt a more powerful Panasonic servo system. The actual accuracy of the machine is controlled at the level of ±0.01MM.
