Equipment required for SMT production line

There are seven commonly used devices: Loader, PCB conveyor machine, Printing machine, Use steel mesh to print solder paste or red glue completely onto the PCB.

, Solder printer, High speed mount, Coveryor, Multi function mount, Reflow, Unloader, AOI, X-ray. In addition, an air compressor is required to supply air to the machines for normal production.

1. PCB loader machine: The PCB is placed in the rack and automatically fed to the suction machine.
2. PCB conveyor machine: Transmission PCB board
3. Printing machine: Use steel mesh to print solder paste or red glue completely onto the PCB.
4. SMT pick and place machine: Attach electronic components onto PCB board
5. Reflow soldering: Use SMT solder paste or red glue to set an appropriate temperature curve to complete the soldering action between the solder paste and the part.
6. Unloader: The board is loaded into the magazine through a transfer track.
7. AOI: Automatic optical inspection is a device based on optical principles to detect common defects encountered in welding production.
8. X-ray machine: mainly used for detecting various industrial components, electronic components, and internal circuits. For example, testing the internal wiring connections of socket plugs, internal soldering of diodes, BGA soldering, etc.
