First step use solder paste mixer
Automatic rotation for softening solder paste
Second step use stencil printer
suggest the semi-auto model machine
Apply the softened solder paste to of the stencil .Then press the button of the machine.Scraper automatically brushes solder paste.
Third step use led pick and place machine
Set the LED board， Import the coordinate file or
edit the position in the software
then Set the position of Feeders and set pcb mark point .
The machine starts automatic placement .
Forth step use Inspection Conveyor
Put The LED board into the conveyor for inspection .
Adjust the transmission speed of the conveyor.
Automatic transfer to reflow oven.
Fifth step use Reflow oven
You need to preheated to a suitable temperature before use .
Automatic transferfrom the conveyor and welding .
Sixth step use LED strip cutter

WHAT IS SMT PROCESS？

- Solder Paste Printing
